The role

You will be the driving force in adding prospective clients to our pipeline by connecting with organisations in our target sectors and educating them on how digital strategies can transform the way they engage their audiences and deliver their fundraising goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design our events calendar to maximise pipeline growth
  • Deliver conferences, meetups, roundtables and webinars with compelling content
  • Create campaigns to drive event attendance
  • Initiate excellent relationships with potential clients through networking and outbound campaigns
  • Deliver product demos to potential clients
  • Meet potential clients to discuss how they can best adopt digital and get them to “yes”
  • Manage relationships with potential clients until they are ready to engage with our sales team
  • Stay abreast of fundraising innovations and best practices
  • Develop your personal profile in our target sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities

What we’re looking for

This role will suit someone who is passionate about fundraising and enjoys building relationships with people. You should apply if you believe that digital fundraising is a valuable and necessary tool for nonprofit organisations.

It would be advantageous if you:

  • Have fundraising experience
  • Like meeting new people and they like meeting you too!
  • Have managed events with multiple stakeholders
  • Can put yourself in other people’s shoes so that you know how to change your behaviours and tactics to meet their needs
  • Think creatively and strategically, and will come up with new ideas to connect with more prospective clients
  • Have exceptional organisational skills and naturally set and follow up on tasks
  • Know that calling someone is often more effective than sending an email
  • Enjoy public speaking
